That’s what it takes to be a faster runner. Sounds too simple, right? Well, there’s a lot that goes into each of those but don’t worry, we’ve got it covered!

Recently, before jet setting over to Utah, I was able to sit down with my friend Amanda Loudin. Amanda just happens to be the one and only Miss Zippy and I was very excited when she was able to find the time to chat with me.

Amanda is a pro when it comes to all things endurance. She’s done everything from half ironman to marathons and everything in between.

I have to admit, when I have ANY questions on running, she’s the lady I turn to. That’s how we met and I haven’t stopped bothering her yet.

I am all about my Mizuno Wave Riders, however talking with her about minimal running shoes does intrigue me. For now, I am sticking with my shoes because I am training for some upcoming races, however I might take the jump later this year.
